FYi, yin woh could be really expensive.. i dont know the price because i dont really fancy it.. but the fact is not because stuff like these are hard-to-get but the amount of patience and time sitting in for one small bloody piece plucking out the feathers without breaking the strands off...
Mahai... look at the black strands over the white strands... YEAP.. that was how much we had to pluck.. and OH NO.. it wasnt only ONE.. but 2 PIECES had to be soaked.. i think i took 2 solid hours with shawn to get things sorted out.. at one point of time.. Shawn got so tired and irritated.....

wahhh... i like yin woh.... my grandmother used to make for me... so much time just to pluck out the feathers
if i'm not mistaken, this kind of bird doesn't made the nest on the tree. they actually build their nests in caves near certain beaches. God's creation is incredible, isn't it? Even bird's saliva has lots of nutrition in it. Go and check it out to your nutritionist. Enjoy it...!
