DAMN THE MUTHER FUXING HELL HOLE... it's FREAKING painful... it effects your spine, you walk like a pregnant lady, it doesnt help if you have a buldge infront, it's painful when you drive, it's painful when you are lying flat on the bed, when you turn to stretch it's painful, you pangsai also painful, you scream like there is a thousand roaches crawling all over you but just VERY painfully.. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......

But thanks to EVE *ahem for advicing which medication to apply... woo hoo.. and now it's better after i makan the RM7 sebiji painkiller which really REALLY HELPED... So bravo to EVE, Pam and my pimple in the butt... it slightly aches now.. but it's not as bad as a pregnant lady... :X

Ok.. after my rants... the kanasai wingz is having a contest la.. i know not much prizes to be won AS YET la.. but at least free movies ma...I remembered he mentioned his "RELATIVE" is acting in the movie.... so......... he manage to get sponsorship and if you do 'spesel' favours for him.. maybe you can get to bring your grandma and her dog as well.. kakakakaak...
