Can someone tell me whether he is a she or she is a he?

She's got a face of a aged lady cos she has nice features......lips and all...

She's got a body like a male, but that's what swimmers mostly has, a flat chest.. but TATTOO????????????????????? but well..most female has tattoos anyway.. and the tattoos on her body are most likely tribal ones....
