Customer Service

PWAH!!!!!!!!... Customer service the NEXT BIG THING....... what do you guys think of customer service? some CS in Malaysia Sucks!!!! BIG TIME!!!! and i know it cos i am one too *shucks.... and let me alone cant change the whole world isnt it ... i must say i am a good CS *proud* cos i received 3 compliment letters for the entire year.. and mind you .. it's genuine and i am not a butt sucker... one is already hard to get ... so 3 is like a jackpot.. but again.... not that i like to shout it out loud.. but it's not an easy task to have to receive a compliment letter...because of the initiatives and all that...

ANYWAY ... enough about me.... let's talk about other CassesS... me being in Cs.. sometimes i understand how they work it the 'MALAYSIAN' way... but again .. since i am in CS, i will never give other CS a difficult time eventhough i am being treated badly, as in not parr to my expectations... they might be having their period, fasting... breakup with bf/gf whatsoever.. cos your call could be the ONE call which pisses the person off when you need CS/help.. but i will get back on them but to their superiors.

Had a few bad ones..... i dont know whether this counts or not.... but it was really silly... I had a few bad experiences as much as i can remember.. maybe you had worst.... but anyway....

1) TGV, KLCC - this oh so rude staff aka frontliner/ticketing and so when it was my turn, i asked her what time it was.. cos both my friend and i did not have a wrist watch with us. We were gonna watch the movie anyhow but just the matter of time cos we wanted to see whether we could fit in the coming movie instead of the next. She answered me like as if i spoilt her orgasm. So i said ok i'll have 2 tickets and right before she printed the tickets my friend whispered and said that we can have student rate... and of course i turned back and asked her whether we get discounts for the tickets as student. She said she printed the ticket already and nothing could be done * i was like WTF ???? what if i didnt want the tickets??? so i didnt care anyway i just paid off and we went for food.......

Nearing the time, we went back to TGV waiting for the seats to be available... so i was standing around the counter to get a leaflet/updates and also the on going movies... and i saw the same i-screwed-her-orgasm-face-like girl and she was attending to a british citizen, with smiles and sparkling teeth and at that moment... she had the pay-you-one-million-dollars-for-a-f*ck-brad-pitt look.... so i thought maybe i got the wrong foot out of her... and i actually felt sorry for spoiling her orgasm then..... BUT.. right after the brit couple left, there was this chinese-looking-not-so-educated guy was enquiring about a particular movie... and there was an ad on a mini display just at the corner of the same console the guy is leaning his hands on... SHE had the black-est i-am-f*cking-an-impotent-guy-for-the-rest-of-my-life look and reach out for the ad and place it right infront of his face..... and she was indicating to him to read it himself... oh i was SO very upset.... i got her name and gave TGV ppl a piss-of-my mind... anyway .. i never went back to THAT TGV to watch any movies anymore...so much for CS in the only cinema in most prestigious place in KL.. duh uh...

2) Mcdonalds, Taipan - with a friend of mine... was after lunch .. 6 counters with 3 vacant.. no one was around and i was deciding what to eat. Signaled my friend to go ahead when i was about to decide what to eat, phone call came in, answered it.... was talking away while my friend ordered. Out of no where, this lady (looked like a senior there with an extra Vest on her back) trying to take my order. So i was on the phone.. DUH UH... so i put my hand up indicating to her to hold on... she put on a black face and threw the order forms on the counter shouting 'you can get lost'. Maybe the way i indicated to her to hold on looked like i burnt down her house.

Anyway i ignored her cos i was engaged with an important call. Hung up, took down her name and called Mcd's HQ and related the whole thing to them. Mcd's management called me back after checking and confidently they told me she was shouting/TALKING to her collegues.. to cover up the incident... i was like SO? does that mean you are suppose to display such indisciplinary act infront of your customers? *the guy on the other end felt numb* I am so very sure it's not... anyway they took down my address and sent me free mcdonald's coupon..

3) Mcdonalds, Taipan - This is recent.... just 2 days before, was about 6.45 pm, of course close to open fast... me and my sis was rounding around taipan and was wondering what to eat .. so the final draw was Mcds... she spent, so we were wondering what to order and all that ... she said we wont take any meals but just ordering individuals cos she didnt wanna drink any drink with gas. her mistake was to order a Chicken Fold over for Shawn. *NORZIE here punched in the machine* So i interrupted her order and told her that it isnt worth it, being a bigger eater shawn.... my as well we order a set meal for him. So i told the attendant NORZIE that we want to cancel that order.............. She said she cant cancel it...... *at that point i was looking at my sis.... vice versa...* WTF ??? i asked why cant we cancel it??? and she said 'oh no, because we have punched it in....' WTF??? you taking me like a 5 year old or i just walked in to mcdonalds the 1st f*cking time??? she added 'oh well because we will have to write a f*cking cancellation letter for this'.... i was LIKE? HUH ?????

Anyway we proceeded to order with my sis's face as black as a wok and walked off......

Anyone who wants to try, please proceed to Mcd's, Taipan - look for a close to midget NORZIE and please repeat this error.... and it's written there that they won the monthly customer service award... BAH!!!! So much for mcdonalds...

So ... Customer service .... gonna take a long way for it to be parr to some Japanese or whatsoever... and i am here trying to make a difference... :(
