I think reason they are being paid so much is because of that.. and of course they have to make the flight experience as pleasant as possible............ My friend will always come back from a flight with bruises all over her because of turbulence....

Unfortunately, there are no bunks for cabin crew. During long-haul flights they might reserve a few first class seats for the pilots to nap on, but cabin crew just get little jumper seats like those--they are expected to stay awake, or sleep on those. And on AirAsia, those seats aren't even hidden behind a curtain partition!! Well at least AirAsia doesn't have really long-haul flights (6 hours and above are long haul, 12 hours and above are super long haul).
err shouldnt they be having a private section to sleep? apparently some planes has this special capsules and all that la.. but... it's never gonna be the same again.... ughhhh
